Road Accident Rescue
Course Overview
The Road Accident Rescue Course is designed for individuals who wish to participate as part of a mines rescue emergency response teams in surface mines and general industry with skills in performing road accident rescues.
Mines Rescue Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offers. These courses are designed to the needs of participants wishing to become effective team members of a rescue emergency response.
The courses provide extensive knowledge & skills in rescue techniques and use of equipment in a rescue environment.
Qualification Information
Upon successful completion of the Road Accident Rescue course, participants will be awarded the following:
- Partial Completion of RII30709 Certificate III in Mine Emergency Response & Rescue
Vocational Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Road Accident Rescue course, participants will be able to consider the following job roles:
- Emergency Response team members
- Emergency Services Officers
Delivery Strategy
Mines Rescue offers the Road Accident Rescue course over 5 days (40 hours). The course structure is comprised of a blended approach, involving classroom based training and extensive practical sessions held in realistic scenarios situations, under the guidance of one of our qualified trainers who holds relevant and up to date qualifications and has extensive rescue industry experience.
