Undermanagers - Diploma of Underground Coal Mining Management

"After spending 14 years in the coal mining industry as an operator I decided that I wanted to move forward, I wanted to achieve more, challenge myself. Mines Rescue provided a sound and informative lecturing process run by actual industry trained professional facilitators, demonstrating with PowerPoint presentations, study materials and assignment guides. The specialised in-house trained staff, experienced in the many facets of underground mining operations, set up simulated mine scenarios such as inrush and outburst training, emergency preparedness and response, shot firing arrangements and risk assessment requirements, just to mention a few. I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to the staff at Mines Rescue, for without their dedication towards professionalism their far reaching experience and limitless assistance I would not have been able to complete these courses. I could without hesitation heartily recommend to anyone."
— Peter Dowdell, Explosive Risk Zone Controller (ERZ)
